Trick or Treat in the Park: Little ghosts, goblins and ghouls will find “Treats You Can Trust” at this massive community carnival with a trick-or-treat trail, costume contest. Winter’s Trick or Tweet: Dress kids ages 12 and younger in their Halloween costume and they get into the aquarium for $9.99 to enjoy a party with fog machine fun, mask making, coloring stations and “under the sea” decor. The Blood District: Enter, if you dare, into two haunted attractions where zombies rule the railways and terrifying creatures lurk.
